At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Sofis Color Lounge of Westfield experience.
They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
At Sofis Color Lounge of Westfield, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.
